We do not offer group discounts. We work diligently to price our experiences as low as possible so that everyone can participate, regardless if you’re flying solo or with your whole crew.

We offer a variety of private experiences for groups of 20 – 2,000 people. Please see our Private Experience page and contact us for more information.

Yes our experiences are 21+, please bring your ID with you for check-in. In some instances 18+ are allowed on certain experiences when accompanied by a parent.

As our public experiences typically include loud music and alcohol, for liability reasons, we ask that you leave your children at home. Children are welcome on our private experiences.

No. We prioritize sustainability and therefore ask that you do not print your confirmation email. We will check you in through our digital booking system using your ID.

Yes. Name changes are always permitted. Please email us the substituted person’s name, email and phone number, or provide this information to your ATC Experience Host at Check In.

* Please see our parking recommendations for each specific experience below. * As most of our experiences involve alcohol we strongly encourage you to get dropped off, take a ride share or use Capital Metro’s public transportation services. Capital Metro only costs $1.25 per ride, or $2.50 for a day pass. To find your route, just use Google Maps and select the “transit” option, then use cash or the Capital Metro app to pay your fare!

* To be fully refunded, or to transfer your tickets to a different date, guests must cancel their reservation via email 72+ hours from the departure date/time of their experience. Guests who cancel within 72 hours of an experience will receive gift card credit to use towards any future experience. * Groups of 9+ must cancel an experience 1 week+ in order to be fully refunded. If we are notified of a cancellation/schedule change within 1 week, the group will receive a partial refund or gift card credit towards a future experience.

As locals know, Austin’s weather can be very unpredictable! Our guests’ safety is always our top priority. We will notify guests a minimum of two hours prior to your experience if we must reschedule an experience. In that event, guests’ will have the option to move their tickets to another date, receive a gift card for the value of their experience, or receive a refund. If we run an experience and you choose not to attend we will not be able to issue you a refund but we will allow you to reschedule or receive a gift card.
River Floats

BBG’s on 6th Street (214 E 6th St, 78701). Our River Float HQ is in the back of the bar; your ATC Experience Host will be waiting for you there.

Your ID is the only required item! Our ATC Experience Hosts, and bus drivers do accept tips in cash and via Venmo. Gratuity is appreciated though not required.
We discourage guests from bringing anything valuable with them to the float and on the river. Please leave all large bags at home and come with only your necessities.
We recommend wearing sunglasses, a hat and shoes that you do not mind losing on the river. Water shoes (Chacos, Crocs, etc.) or a cheap pair of flip-flops are perfect for floating. Sunscreen and water are strongly recommended! Towels are optional, but not necessary.

Before you get in the river, you will leave anything you brought on the bus. Please pack a small bag/ something to secure phones/wallets/etc.), as your things will be in bins with other guests’ items as well.
The bins will either be locked on the bus, or locked inside the office located at the Exit Point of the river (depending on the traffic on the river that day). Your ATC Experience Host will retrieve the bins for your group at the end of the float.

Yes, though liquor, glass and styrofoam are prohibited. Please bring beer, wine and sparkling seltzer only (trust us on this one!). We provide a cooler on all trips. We provide ice if your departure point is BBG’s(1 x 5 people). You’re welcome to bring your own coolers if you prefer.

There are multiple convenience stores near BBG’s where you can grab beverages. You’re welcome to stock up before your trip, and bring your own alcohol to the check-in location – we’ll hold onto it for you while we wait for the bus.

Please meet us at Capital Cruises’ Dock (208 Barton Springs Rd, 78704). The dock is located on the Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail, on the waterfront of The Hyatt Regency Austin.

We strongly discourage you from driving, as this experience includes alcohol, and finding parking can be challenging. We cannot wait for guests who arrive late. There is limited free parking at Auditorium shores, and on South Congress Ave., also all street parking is free on Sundays. The Hyatt Regency Austin has a paid, covered parking garage. Their rates are as follows:
- 0-1 hours = $7
- 1-3 hours = $17
- 3-5 hours = $22
- Valet = $27

The YETI Flagship Store (220 S Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78704)
Check In begins one hour prior to the bus departure time you book.
If you are running late and will miss Check In, please meet us at Capital Cruises’ Dock (208 Barton Springs Rd, 78704).
The dock is located on the Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail, on the waterfront of The Hyatt Regency Austin.

There is limited free parking at Auditorium shores, and on South Congress Ave. Please budget 15 minutes to walk from your parking spot to The YETI Barrr.
There is paid street parking on Barton Springs Rd., and you can use the parking app, Park ATX to pay as you go.
The Hyatt Regency Austin has a paid, covered parking garage. Their rates are as follows:
- 0-1 hours = $7
- 1-3 hours = $17
- 3-5 hours = $22
- Valet = $27
The YETI BARRR offers our guests a one-hour-free parking voucher for The Hyatt’s parking garage (just show your confirmation email to the bartender at The YETI BARRR – no purchase necessary).

We will also be collecting donations for the Bat Conservation International, though you’re welcome to make a donation via Venmo or through their website.

Yes! We provide a variety of food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for our guests on board. We always bring enough on board for guests to have three-four alcoholic beverages, multiple non-alcoholic beverages, two slices of pizza, one breakfast taco, and unlimited clips and salsa.
Guests are always welcome to bring their favorite drink or snack on board as well.

Yes, though please shoot us an email if you are GF or Vegan. We always have GF and vegan pizza, tacos and chips and salsa just in case, though we like to know how many guests are GF/V so we make sure to order enough for everyone.
Please notify the ATC Experience Host who serves the pizza so we can grab the speciality options for you.

Ellis Bar: 111 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78704
Ellis Bar is the above-ground bar on the North West corner of 2nd and Congress Ave.Check In officially begins at 10:30, though guests are welcome to arrive early to grab breakfast from FareGround Food Hall, located a few steps from Ellis in the subterranean area of 111 Congress Ave.

- We strongly discourage you from driving, as this experience includes alcohol, and finding parking in downtown Austin can be very challenging. We cannot wait for guests who arrive late.
- If you do drive, we recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes prior to when Check In begins in order to find a spot, then walk to Ellis (we aren’t exaggerating the challenge of parking downtown!)
- Parking on South Congress is free, though it’s about a 20 minute walk to Ellis.
- There are several paid parking garages, here are the closest ones to Ellis:
- 167 Colorado St, Austin, TX 78701
- 201 E 2nd St, Austin, TX 78701
- 301 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78759
- There is also parking at City Hall, which is a 5-10 minute walk from Ellis.
- You can also valet at The J.W Marriot.
